- Can I bring in my own caterer?
Yes. You can choose your own caterer. We have a list of partnering caterers we can connect you to as well. - Can I cook in the kitchen?
Yes. Our commercial grade kitchen is available for rent at an additional fee. - Can my caterer cook in the kitchen?
Yes, your caterer can use the kitchen, however, they will need to provide us with a liability certificate 1 week prior to your event. - When do I receive my security deposit back?
We will mail your security deposit back to you up to 30 days after your event providing that all facilities were restored to the condition in which they existed prior to the function. - How many hours are included in my rental?
Your room rental includes four hours for your event. Please contact us if you event requires more time than this.
- Can I bring alcohol to The Event Center?
No. Alcohol is not permitted on the premises. If you would like to have a toast, we can provide sparkling apple cider for a minimum cost.
- Can we have dancing at The Event Center?
Yes! We have a large floor that allows for a great cha cha slide, and we can also rent an official Dance Floor for you and your guests, though it is not required. - What are the hours at The Event Center?
We can book your event any hour you desire! - Can I decorate the room myself?
Yes! We allow an additional 2 hours for you to decorate for your event. If you need more time than this, we allow you to rent the room for additional time at a reduced rate. If you would like to rent the night before so everything is set up, and the room is available, we wil charge a minimal cost.
- Who does the set-up?
We will setup tables and chairs and the rest is up to you! We can provide setup of linens, china, decorations, etc for a minimal cost. - Who cleans up after the event?
You are responsble for all clean up. We can provide you with a clean up crew at a minimal cost, however, we will take out the trash and put away tables and chairs. - Do you have a DJ I can hire?
We have partners we can recommend but do not have an in house DJ. If you need a suggestion, we would be glad to help! - Do you have a Videographer or photographer I can hire?
We can recommend a several but do not have an in house videographer or photographer. - Do you have samples of linen colors?
Yes. Our Event Coordinator can help you with options and ideas from our linen partners.
